Come join us at @bafflehaus on Sunday the 27th of October for a very autumnal, free flowing workshop that will help you re-charge ready for the winter months ahead.

The workshop will include the below and all bookings can be made using the link via @bloomify_floristry Instagram account.

🧘‍♀️ 30min Classical Mat Pilates Flow
10min Guided Meditation to ground and relax

☕️ 40min To indulge and refuel with a hot drink and sweet treat from @bafflehaus gorgeous selection of goodies.

🎃 1 hour creating your very own pumpkin and floral arrangement, guided and supported by the very talented Eloise

💨 Finishing off our workshop, coming back to our mats for a guided breath work to end our practice

What you will need;

• Yoga/Pilates Mat
• Water
• comfortable clothing that you can move around in
• A warm jumper for the meditation and breath work
