BOOK NOW - PUMPKINS & PILATES 📍 Baffle Haus, The Cedars, Abergavenny 27.10.2024 6pm 🎃 ☕️ 🧘‍♀️ Come join us at @bafflehaus on Sunday the 27th of October for a very autumnal, free flowing workshop that will help you re-charge ready for the winter months ahead. The workshop will include the below and all bookings can be made using the link via @bloomify_floristry Instagram account. (Any queries please DM) 🧘‍♀️ 30min Classical Mat Pilates Flow 10min Guided Meditation to ground and relax ☕️ 40min To indulge and refuel with a hot drink and sweet treat from @bafflehaus gorgeous selection of goodies. 🎃 1 hour creating your very own pumpkin and floral arrangement, guided and supported by the very talented Eloise 💨 Finishing off our workshop, coming back to our mats for a guided breath work to end our practice What you will need; • Yoga/Pilates Mat• Water • comfortable clothing that you can move around in• A warm jumper for the meditation and breath work DM for more information, we look forward to seeing you all there! ⚡️ Please read the below… *The workshop should last for around 2 & 1/2 hours, please arrive 10mins before start time to ensure you have conveniently parked your vehicle and are ready to start for 6pm.
